Introducing Total Impact’s 6-week Fitness Kickboxing Challenge!
Join us in the fight back against the winter and post-holiday woes. Our adult fitness challenge is the perfect opportunity to start 2021 strong, healthy, and feeling good about yourself! This program is flexible based on your lifestyle needs and comfort, you have the option to train at home with our virtual classes or come sweat with us in our socially distanced dojo (masks are required). If you don’t have time to make it to the dojo or prefer the privacy of your own living room, you can get an incredible workout at home! It doesn’t get any more accessible than this.
